Some features of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your account information updated.
When you upload your LinkedIn profile PDF for analysis, you grant Nomora a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content, and you retain all rights to your LinkedIn profile information.
Certain services offered by Nomora require payment. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the services you purchase.
Nomora offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for our paid services. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Refund eligibility is based on our judgment and evaluation of your usage of the service. To request a refund, please contact our support team at invoices@Nomora.org with your purchase details. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
